This year in formula one here’s been a lot of competition, having drivers like Lewis Hamilton, Valtteri Botas, Max Verstappen, and Sebastian Vettel, there is a driver that has shown how amazing skills he owns. This driver is Charles Leclerc, a 22 year old Ferrari driver that has made a huge impact on this competition.
Leclerc is a driver born in Monaco on October 16, 1997, and being just 22 years old has shown what he’s capable of a lot. By being his first year in Formula One he has been able to win against one of the biggest champions of all times, Lewis Hamilton, and not just one tie, his able to do it twice. In an overall rate he is in fourth place with 303 points, even in a better position than Sebastian Vettel who is 4 times formula one winner.
His career started as a kartin driver where he started making amazing progress and won multiple trophies. He started being the youngest kartin French Champion in cadet in 2009 and he started in this sport and by the next year he was the youngest winner of the Monaco Kart Cup KF3. By 2011 he was also the youngest winner of the CIK-FIA KF3 World Cup and Winner of the CIK-FIA Academy Trophy, and in 2012 he won CIK-FIA world Champion U18, Vice European champion of KF2, and youngest champion of the WSK Series. In 2013 he got 2nd place on the KZ world cup and the youngest winner of the Winter CUp of the same one.
In 2014 started his career in motorsports and his vice Champion and best rookie on the Formula Renault. By the next year he got 4th on FIA Formula 3 Championship and best rookie on the same one and by 2017 he was already winner in the Formula 2 Championship and which pulled him into Formula 1 by 2018 driving with the alfa romeo team and by 2019 one of the biggest teams, Ferrari, will give him the opportunity to be one of his drivers.
The things that this driver has been able to do and all the experience he has driving, has been shown on the 2019 Formula one season and from now on fans and teams will be able to see how he could be the next biggest champion of formula one and bring the Ferrari team back to the podium.
